What is a doula?

A doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and other birth related transitions.Unlike a doctor, nurse or midwife, I do not provide medical care or make decisions for you. My role is to support you, your choices, your voice, and experience without judgement.As your doula, I am here to listen, help you understand your options, offer comfort and reassurance, and support you in advocating for the care you want.

I am a full spectrum doula passionate about helping people feel informed, seen, and supported through some of life's most vulnerable and powerful transitions. My approach is rooted in compassion, respect, and the belief that your choices are valid.With a background in communication, specialized doula. training, and CPR certification, I bring a calm, nonjudgemental presence and a strong advocacy mindset to every space I hold.
